Zawaj was built for one outcome: marriage. Among our 50,000+ members across the UK, USA, Europe, Indonesia, Pakistan, India and beyond, many couples have found each other and gone on to marry — and we couldn't be prouder of that.
A community built around one shared intention.
Every proposal sent on Zawaj, every conversation moved forward with a wali or family, every profile written with real intention — it all points toward the same goal. Many of our members have taken that journey all the way to nikah, and some have shared that their first trip together as a married couple was Umrah, starting married life exactly the way they hoped to.
We don't publish invented testimonials or manufactured reviews — everything on this page is either a general reflection of what our community has told us, or a real story, clearly credited, shared with permission. See the template below for how we'll be adding real stories over time.

Fatima met her husband on Zawaj and spent around three months getting to know him before bringing her wali into the conversation. The couple were married on 27 August 2026 — and afterwards, travelled together for Umrah, arranged through Zawaj.
Hania & Shahzad
Hania and Shahzad met on Zawaj and spent around six months talking before deciding to marry. They were married on 17 September 2026, and Zawaj Marriage gifted the couple their Umrah trip to mark the occasion.
